USPS express shipping is only available in the United States of America. To have your order shipped via the USPS Priority Mail Service you may select that option during checkout. Chinese Calligraphy Sets offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this Website (Excluding Custom Orders). AReturns are processed according to the policy outlined below.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error made by us (damaged item, wrong item, etc), in which case we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing a replacement item.
After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement item is not available we will issue a prompt refund. We always do our best to issue your refund or ship a replacement item promptly. When your refund is issued or your replacement item is shipped we will send you and email notification.
