Chinese calligraphy sets and other products purchased from this
Web site may be returned in their original condition within thirty
(30) days for a full refund (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS).
YOU MUST CONTACT US and for an order return number
BEFORE returning your order, or items from your order.
There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy, failing to obtain an order return number before returning your order will void
this return policy.
Returns without an order return number will not
receive a refund, nor will the products be returned unless a
shipping charge equal to the actual shipping rate and a $5 handling
fee is paid.
Returns Must Be Insured: All
returns must include insurance for the full value of the
product/products being returned. Return shipping charges must be
paid by you, the sender.
